iHITA 19th Annual Conference Submission Information
KEY DATES:
October 17, 2011: Online submission system opens at www.ihita.org/submit
March 16, 2012 @ 11:59 PM (PST): Submissions due
April 20, 2012: Notification with reviewers comments
May 18, 2012 @ 11:59 PM (PST): Revised final submission for inclusion in the conference proceedings due –via www.ihita.org/submit
General Requirements:
- At least one author per paper is required to register for the conference with full payment of fees by May 18, 2012 @11:59 PM (PST). Papers of authors not registered by this date will not be included in the conference proceedings and will be dropped from the conference program.
- Final copies of all accepted works must be submitted via www.ihita.org/submit, by May 18, 2012 @11:59 PM (PST). Submissions not received by this date will not be included in the conference proceedings and will be dropped from the conference program.
- All manuscripts must be prepared in English and must be free of grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Documents must be formatted as Microsoft Word files.
- Documents must be single-spaced, and 12 point Times New Roman font with 1-inch margins an all sides.
- References should be cited using the author/date style following the latest APA Publication Manual, e.g. for single author (Roberts, 2007) or multiple authors (Morgan and Hunt, 1994; Hair et al. 1998).

All manuscripts must be accompanied by:
- A short abstract of 200 words or less and a list of no more than 6 keywords
- Tables & Figures must appear within the text (not at the end of the text). Tables & Figures must be numbered sequentially
- Appendices (if any) should appear at the end of the article after the list of reference
