iHITA Annual Conference Paper Submission System
The online submission system for the iHITA 19th Annual Conference is now open!
Please use the link below to submit your papers/abstracts.
Note: Once you click on the link below you will be redirected to the submission site hosted by EasyChair. If you do not already have an EasyChair account you will be required to create one in order to submit your paper/abstract.

*Before submitting your paper/abstract please be sure to read the Conference Paper Guidelines. Detailed information can be found on the link to the left.
**Each paper/abstract must be submitted as a single file containing all tables, figures, and appendices in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
Submission Instructions:
1) Click here to be redirected to the paper/abstract online submission website.
2) Login to the submission website or create a new account.
3) Click on the "New Submission" link at the top of the page.
4) Verify that the Address of Correspondence is correct.
5) Fill in the Authors information for all authors of the paper/abstract. Note: Be sure to check the Corresponding Author check box for the appropriate author.
6) Provide the full Title of the paper/abstract.
7) Provide a short Abstract (200 words or less) summarizing your submission.
8) Enter at least three Keywords (one per line) that describe your paper/abstract.
9) Upload the document containing your submission by using the Browse button and locating the file on your computer.
10) If you are submitting an Extended Abstract (track 2) check the box for Abstract Only.
11) Click the Submit button.

KEY DATES:
October 17, 2011: Online submission system opens at www.ihita.org/submit
March 16, 2012 @ 11:59 PM (PST): Submissions due
April 20, 2012: Notification with reviewers comments
May 18, 2012 @ 11:59 PM (PST): Revised final submission for inclusion in the conference proceedings due –via www.ihita.org/submit
